Business process automation and system integration

Data moves between systems on its own, with failure handling and an event log, instead of being retyped by hand.

What it covers

Integrations over APIs

We connect CRM, ERP, databases, email and storefronts directly over APIs and webhooks, without middlemen where none are needed.

Error handling and retries

Every step has defined behaviour on failure: retry, queue, alert. Nothing disappears quietly.

Consistency and no duplicates

The same record processed twice does not create two entries. That is the difference between a flow you can trust and one you have to check daily.

Monitoring and event log

You can see what ran, when, and what failed, without guessing or digging through a mailbox.

How the engagement runs

01

Map the data

We write down sources, formats and data owners. We automate order, not mess.

02

Design the integration

Data model, touch points, failure scenarios, and the decision on where a no-code tool is enough and where code is needed.

03

Build and test

Implementation, tests on historical data and verification of edge cases, not just the happy path.

04

Launch and monitor

Production rollout with alerts, plus a review after the first weeks of real traffic.

Frequent questions

When is Make or n8n enough, and when do you need code?
No-code tools are fast and cheap for simple flows at low volume. With high event counts, complex logic or requirements around testing and audit we write code, because maintenance cost and risk then grow far more slowly. We make that call at design time, not after the fact.
Do I have to change my current tools?
Usually not. We integrate what you already use through its API. We only propose replacing a system when maintaining a workaround would cost more than migrating.
How long does a first automation take?
A simple flow across one or two systems is typically a matter of days once the process is mapped. Most of the elapsed time goes into agreeing what the process actually is.
